3D Signatures

3D Signatures is the first to quantify normal versus disease state in 3D arrangements of telomeres. The company is developing proprietary software to conduct 3D genomic analyses based on telomere measurement to address issues related to overall health and aging. Over time and after many cell divisions, telomeres have been shown to shorten, playing a causal role in disease progression and aging.

CMI and the Centre for Imaging Technology Commercialization are working with 3D Signatures to produce and validate commercial-quality software that can be rapidly scaled to facilitate its adoption across North America.
