Densitas Inc. was founded in 2011 to develop a robust tool to more precisely and reliably measure breast density from digital mammograms.
CMI's business development team and engineering services at the Centre for Imaging Technology Commercialization helped Densitas develop and validate a commercial quality algorithm that helped the company meet its milestones and secure additional funding with the prototype.
In December 2015, Densitas received regulatory approval from Europe and Canada for sales of its flagship software, DM-Density.
